By accessing or using the Syndicate Financial Services Agent Portal ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all agents, administrators, and users of the Platform.
The SFS Agent Portal is a lead distribution and agent management platform operated by Syndicate Financial Services. The Platform distributes insurance leads to licensed agents, tracks agent performance, and provides tools for managing client relationships. Access to leads requires an active account in good standing and compliance with all platform requirements.
To use the Platform and receive leads, agents must: hold a valid insurance license in their state of operation, sign an exclusive contract with Syndicate Financial Services, complete their profile with all required information, comply with all applicable insurance regulations, and maintain satisfactory performance metrics as determined by Syndicate Financial Services. Agents on the Earned Lead Program (ELP) must maintain a minimum placement rate as specified in their program agreement.
All agents using this Platform agree to an exclusive relationship with Syndicate Financial Services for the duration of their participation. Agents may not simultaneously work with competing mortgage protection lead generation services or platforms. Violation of the exclusivity requirement will result in immediate termination of Platform access and lead flow.
Leads are distributed on a round-robin basis among eligible agents. Syndicate Financial Services reserves the right to pause or stop lead distribution to any agent at any time, including but not limited to cases of non-performance, contract violations, or compliance issues. Leads are the property of Syndicate Financial Services and are provided to agents on a non-transferable basis.
Agents on the Paid Plan agree to pay a one-time setup fee and monthly subscription fee as specified at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of lead flow. Refunds are not available for setup fees. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of Syndicate Financial Services.
The Earned Lead Program provides free leads to qualifying agents based on performance. ELP agents must maintain a minimum placement rate over a rolling 90-day period as specified in their program agreement. Failure to maintain the minimum placement rate may result in suspension from the ELP program. Syndicate Financial Services reserves the right to modify ELP requirements at any time with 30 days notice.
Agents agree to: contact all assigned leads promptly (within 60 seconds when possible), treat all prospective clients with professionalism and respect, comply with all applicable telemarketing and insurance regulations including TCPA and state-specific requirements, accurately report all policy placements in the Platform, and not misrepresent Syndicate Financial Services or its products to prospective clients.
Agents agree to handle all lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including TCPA, CCPA, and state-specific regulations. Lead data may only be used for the purpose of selling mortgage protection insurance products. Agents may not share, sell, or transfer lead data to third parties. Upon termination of the agent relationship, all lead data must be deleted from the agent's systems within 30 days.
All content, materials, scripts, training modules, and resources provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of Syndicate Financial Services. Agents may use these materials solely for the purpose of selling Syndicate Financial Services products. Agents may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform materials without written permission.
Syndicate Financial Services reserves the right to terminate any agent's access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, non-performance, compliance issues, or business reasons. Agents may terminate their participation by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all access to the Platform will be revoked and lead flow will cease immediately.
Syndicate Financial Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Syndicate Financial Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Syndicate Financial Services is headquartered. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Syndicate Financial Services.
Syndicate Financial Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify agents of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
